LOK-WELD BRAND H20 ADHESIVE

Lok-Weld H20 adhesive is a water-dispersed contact adhesive
suitable for bonding many porous and non-porous surfaces, specifically
plastic laminates. H20 adhesive is non-flammable and contains
no toxic ingredients. Lokweld H20 may be applied with a brush,
roller or sprayed using stainless steel equipment. Please refer
to product data sheet for directions for use. |

LOK-WELD 3131: HIGH SOLIDS
PVA ADHESIVE
Hot or Cold Press |
Lok-Weld #3131 is a high solids PVA adhesive
which was formulated to be used in many
laminate and woodworking processes. LW 3131 is suitable for many
stationary postforming applications, hot press applications,
and hot continuous-panel lamination applications. LW 3131 should
also be considered when substrates of varying densities are combined,
as in the fabrication of doors with hardwood stiles and rails,
and low density particleboard core. The high solids formulation
means that less water is available to penetrate the substrate
and, consequently, to cause less dimensional variation. This
can mean significantly less telegraphing through a laminate or
veneer surface at the interface of the substrates of varying
densities. LW 3131 contains no known toxic ingredients. May be
applied by glue spreader or hand-held roller. |

How does AIRMIX work?
The AIRMIX system consists of an air operated pump, the AIRMIX
gun tip, aircap, fluid and air hoses. The pump provides the fluid
pressure needed to pre-atmoize the paint. Unlike other systems,
air regulators are used to control both fluid output and air
pressure to adjust fluid atomization. |
