VIRUTEX JOINING SPLINES
Joining splines or "biscuits" by Virutex are designed for use with Virutex Joining Machine. This improved method of joining using slots and wood splines makes joining quick and easy. Excellent for assembling cabinet stiles and rails with invisible joints. Also good for assembling cabinet face frames and joining plates.

FEATURES OF JOINT WITH SPLINES:
Replace the traditional dowel with the advantage that the joint has a lateral play of 2 cm allowing mistakes to be corrected. Greater speed in marking references since they can be marked without measuring dimensions. Stronger joint than with dowel. Three spline sizes cover any application.

Microfinishing Film--Aluminum oxide coated on a dense polyester film with a full resin bond. The mineral is micron graded which when combined with the film backing provides repeatable, consistent and uniform finishes. It is tear resistant and can be used wet. Excellent for sanding and finishing plastic, fiberglass, metal, wood, stone, marble and synthetics. Grades available are 9mic, 15mic, 20mic, 30mic, 40mic, 50mic, 60mic and 80mic. (The lower the number the finer the grade.)

FASTENERS

TWINFAST woodscrews for hardwoods and DEEP THREAD woodscrews for use with softwoods and particle board are now available from stock. These high quality screws are #8 with phillips recess and flat heads. They give excellent holding power and pentration. We stock convenient boxes of 1000 per size.

SEAMFIL Manufactured by Kampel
For the finishing touch use SeamFil to match any laminate pattern, color or woodgrain. The basic colors directly match many plastic laminate colors. In some cases mixing is necessary. Colors are easily mixed. SeamFil won't crack or fade. SeamFil's special blending process gives it the same resistance as the laminate to moisture, detergent, soap and temperature changes. SeamFil covers up joints and seams and adds beauty to your craftsmanship.
