SALES Woodland Specialties, Inc. operates as a wholesale building material distributor of quality product lines. As such we sell to retail lumber dealers, home centers, building supply dealers, floor covering dealers, and manufacturers who utilize our materials in a product for resale on a retail basis.

CREDIT Credit accounts will be considered only with the receipt of our credit application completely filled out by customer. A 2% service charge will be applied to any account that becomes past due. All interest charges and disallowed discounts must be paid prior to discount being allowed on future purchases. A $20.00 NSF fee is assessed to all checks returned unpaid. No shipments will be made to any account in past due status. All unearned discounts and service charges must be paid before service can resume. Any account that is habitually past due will be reviewed by management for charge status.

DELIVERY Minimum order for delivery on our regular truck route is $200. The minimum invoice amount for orders picked up at our warehouse is $10. Our warehouse closes at 3:00 PM for pickups daily.

RETURNS Authorized returns only will be accepted within 30 days from date of sale. Our original invoice number must be supplied and no material will be accepted for return without our pickup order. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all returns. Materials must be in clean, saleable condition in original cartons to be accepted for return.

SPECIAL ORDERS All special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Special orders will be placed upon the receipt of a written and signed purchase order with a required pre-payment.

RECEIPT OF GOODS Your signature on our delivery receipt indicates materials were received in good condition. Any error, damage, or exception must be noted on our delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

COMPLAINTS & ADJUSTMENTS Complaints must be inspected initially by dealer to determine nature of the problem. We must be notified within 30 days of occurrence. No adjustment will be authorized until inspected by a Woodland Specialties representative as well as manufacturer's representative. If material is found to be defective, our liability is limited to replacement of materials sold. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
